Data we collect

We collect listing details, uploaded photos, placement maps, poster status, email addresses, sponsor names, websites, offer amounts, messages, reports, moderation decisions, consent records, and basic technical records needed for security and delivery. Optional analytics events are collected only after consent. We do not collect card payment information.

Purposes and legal bases

We process listing and offer information to provide the service you request and take steps toward user agreements. We process moderation, fraud prevention, security, and service records for our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace and complying with legal obligations. Sponsor alerts and optional analytics rely on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

What becomes public

Approved listing text, photos, placement maps, prices, poster status, and availability become public. Poster and sponsor email addresses, reports, and offer messages are not displayed publicly. Contact details are shared between the relevant poster and sponsor only as needed to continue an introduction.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics remains off unless you select “Accept analytics.” Choosing “Necessary only” does not limit the marketplace. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices control. Google may process analytics data as our service provider.

Service providers and transfers

Cloud hosting, database, object storage, email delivery, and analytics providers process data on our instructions where applicable. These currently include OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, Resend, and, only with consent, Google Analytics. Some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

Rejected or abandoned listing material is normally deleted within 90 days. Published listings, offers, consent evidence, reports, and moderation records may be retained for up to three years after the relevant activity ends where needed for disputes, safety, or legal compliance. Sponsor alerts are retained until you unsubscribe or after prolonged inactivity. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
